What is INCmty?
INCmty is an entrepreneurship festival that, during three exciting days, brings together thousands of entrepreneurs, investors and key organizations of the entrepreneurial ecosystem to share knowledge, promote and create high-impact companies and initiatives.

If you purchased your general ticket, you can upgrade to another type of ticket by paying the difference. Please contact INCmty at the calling 01 800 7462 689 and 8155 2555, by chat on our website, or through our email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please leave the details of your purchase (mail with which the purchase was made, folio ticket, name, telephone) and we will get in touch with you to give you a unique and valid code so that you can complete the transaction.
Payment methods for upgrade can also be by credit card, payment in OXXO or by bank deposit.
Payment by card: your payment is immediate and you will receive your ticket(s) to your email.
Payment through OXXO stores: You must make your reservation on our site. After you do so, you will have 24 hours to make the payment. After this period of time is through, the code will no longer be valid and you will have to make your reservation again.
Payment by bank deposit: You must make your reservation on our site. After you do so, you will have 24 hours to make the payment. After this period of time is through, the code will no longer be valid and you will have to make your reservation again. Don’t forget to add your reservation’s reference number, so that our system can know it is your payment.
We do not accept cancellations or refunds.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes, of course! When you buy your tickets, you will be asked if you require an invoice. If the answer is yes, a form will be sent to your email, so that you can enter your purchase details and fiscal information. We will make sure of sending the invoice to your email.
How long does it take for you to send me my invoice?
We make a cut of the requested invoices every Monday, so you should receive your invoice the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
When will the festival take place?
This year, INCmty will take place on November 8th, 9th and 10th of 2018 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday)

What if I want to be a speaker?
The call to register your speaker proposal has ended. We invite you to participate in the 2018 edition.

What if I need lodging?
In this link you’ll be able to see the hotels with which we have agreements and thus offer special prices for INCmty participants.

If you are a foreigner or have a debit or credit card from another country, please read the following information:
There are banks that make the currency exchange according to the exchange rate of the day in which the purchase was made and make the payment in pesos; this process is internal and depends on your bank.
We recommend that you use a VISA card, since we they handle the option to pay in pesos. If the payment is not accepted at the time of purchase, it means that your card does not have this option.
